I don't know how many of you know the Boston Globe Scholastic Art and Writing Awards (www.artandwriting.org/affiliat…), but the results came out this week and I got A GOLD KEY!!! In Painting!!! One of the biggest categories!!!! I'm so happy!! I won Honorable Mention my sophomore year and a Silver Key last year, but this year I finally got myself a gold key!!

Life Update + New Project!
So guess what? I have a new laptop all to myself! But my desktop blew up! Oh no! Oh well!!
Well anyway, besides that, I've been frosting boob cookies and painting clowns in lingerie for my summer job, which has kept me busy.
In regards to my two outstanding commissions, I now have access to my tablet and art programs again. What I don't have is my scanner or a printer that I don't have to drive to. So.... work will be slow.
But onto the exciting part! I think, because I'm heading off to Georgetown which is guaranteed to take up large chunks of my time, that I should make a papercraft tutorial. Like, how I design them. Also my comp blowing

Hey guys! Putting up what I've got done for commissions before I go on vacation. I won't have access to art programs to finish the two comms I missed until at least July. Sorry you two!!! I'll do my best to get them done ASAP!

Hey guys! I'm not dead or anything here. I graduated on Sunday, so my week was full of Senior stuff and whatnot. On vacation now, some of you guys should expect preview sketches today. Also!
Commissions are closed! I'm saying that right now as of 6/8/11 @ 10:20. Any donations after now are donations. Sorry guys! I'll open them again in the future, but it might be paypal next. I don't really need that many points....you know? I can't turn them into cash so yeah.
Commission Update!
Hey guys, just a quick update to let you know I'm working on them still, I'm just away from my home comp this weekend and my last APs did in fact turn out to need studying for so sorry about that.
In other news, EUROVISION. I like how so many of the countries were in it for the lulz, even though the top songs ended up sucking. Mad props to that girl from Azerbaijan though and her mad skill in supporting those earrings. THOSE WERE HUGE.
